Thad is the founder of Reform Sports Training amongst several other businesses. He is a 13 year NBA Veteran that has played for five teams: 76ers, Timberwolves, Nets, Pacers, and currently the Bulls. Thad started Reform Sports because he wanted to provide and create resources for aspiring athletes looking to become pros.
Coach Hurd has been involved with sports in some form playing, coaching and training for the past 20 years. He has coached and trained over 80 Division 1 players and 15 Professionals in the past decade!
Coach Young has been in the game of basketball for over 40 years and has developed some very good talent. He was once drafted by the Buffalo Braves after finishing his collegiate career at Jacksonville University. He is a New Orleans native and he is the father of NBA Veteran and current player Thaddeus Young. He also coached for 20+ years in the Shelby Metro area at all levels from elementary to high school.
Josh is a graduate of Tennessee State University with a masters in Athletic Administration. He is the former Athletic Director for the Terre Haute Boys & Girls Club, along with a 4 four-year stent as Marketing and Game Operations Coordinator for Tennessee State University Athletics. He has coached and trained all ages and skill levels. His most notable athletes are: Alex Poythress (Professional), Jaylen Barford (Professional), Casey Prather (Professional), Kendall Anthony (Professional), Dekeyvan Tandy (Xavier).
AJ is a native of Memphis,TN. He played college basketball at Walters State Community where he was 1st team All-American. He later went on to play at Southern Nazarene University(‘11) where he was a 3rd team All-American selection. He begun coaching and skills training in 2014. AJ is the head skills trainer at Reform Sports Training and also serves as the assistant coach of the 16U Team Thad of the Nike EYBL Circuit.
Rodgers is a Georgia native, former D1 athlete and professional basketball player with G- League experience but the bulk of his career was spent overseas in Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and Bosnia. He started his Player Development Coaching career while still in college helping coach a boys and girls club team in Savannah. Then blossomed in Memphis under former NBA vet and Player Development Coach of New York Knicks and Head Coach of Winchester Knicks Kevin Whitted learning more about the game and how to break it down from not only a physical standpoint but mental as well.
